How does the free trial work?
Every new business starts on a 30-day trial with full access. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends — you choose whether to continue.
Who pays — head office or each location?
Either. By default head office covers every location on one bill. You can switch a brand to partner-pays, and each location is billed for its own page instead.
What counts as a location?
One partner site or storefront with its own page. Locations you add past your plan's limit are charged at the extra-location price, or you can move up a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Ask for an upgrade from your billing page at any time and it takes effect straight away; the new price is prorated for the month.
What happens if I stop?
Your pages stop being served and partner logins are paused, but nothing is deleted. Restart and everything comes back exactly as it was.
